Dr. Derek Arnoczky
Dr. Derek Arnoczky received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University in Idaho and his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 2021. Additionally, he received his Certificate in General Practice Residency from the University of Toledo. Dr. Arnoczky’s areas of focus include Implant Dentistry, Oral Surgery, TMD (Temporomandibular Disorders), Endodontics, and Pediatrics.

Dr. Arnoczky strives to provide his patients with the highest quality care in a friendly and comfortable setting while utilizing the most up-to-date technology to efficiently deliver dental treatment.
In his free time, Dr. Arnoczky continues to expand his knowledge of the dental industry by completing Continuing Education courses. He is a huge Cleveland sports fan and avid outdoorsman. He also enjoys spending quality time with his wife and children, hiking, and exploring nature.
Dr. Taylor Provost

Dr. Provost is deeply passionate about building long-term, trusting relationships with patients by delivering comprehensive dental care that prioritizes both their oral health and overall well-being.
Dr. Provost was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and has recently relocated to Cleveland, Ohio. She attended the University of Texas, where she was a cheerleader and proudly supported the Longhorns—Hook 'em Horns! She went on to earn her dental degree from Texas A&M College of Dentistry, where she immersed herself in research, became Invisalign certified, and was awarded the Comprehensive Dentistry Award for her excellence in clinical care. Dr. Provost is passionate about providing high-quality, personalized care and is committed to lifelong learning. She regularly pursues continuing education to stay up to date on the latest advancements to offer her patients the most effective treatment options available. She looks forward to building long-lasting relationships with her patients and helping them achieve confident, healthy smiles. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, staying active through a variety of fitness activities, and attending live sporting and music events.
